Green and silver scales with shining reflections adorn the inclined wall opposite the administrative building of the Landeron. Some of the wafers shimmer, while the others play with the light, like a giant fish’s skin.

This wall of scales evokes the two pikes (Esox Lucius), which appear on the commune’s coat of arms. The installation puts the passerby in the presence of substantial elements of the location’s history.
